In January 2025, after an intentional process of reflection, listening, and community engagement, The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread launched our brand, along with our revised mission, vision, and logo.
Nearly a year ago, our team began to evaluate the words and visuals we were using to represent the organization, and to ensure they aligned with the organization that we are today.
For 65 years, we have gathered leaders from Racine, Wisconsin, and across the globe who have sought inspiration and action.
We’ve revised our mission statement to better reflect our purpose and the role we play today as a community-centered foundation that convenes meaningful conversations and generates momentum for initiatives that can help improve people’s lives.
The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread’s mission is to bring people together to generate transformative ideas that have a positive and lasting impact in our communities.
Our new vision statement, we better capture the world we aspire to realize and that we are working toward through the full spectrum of our programming:
A future where perspectives are understood, people feel connected, and progress is community-led.
With a new logo, we have built upon the legacy of our Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired mark with an updated version. It honors our history and brings a modern style that better supports online and offline uses.
