United Way of Racine, StriveTogether, Racine Unified School District, and Racine Police Department

This three-part leadership opportunity will be an intensive experiential learning opportunity for community leaders and practitioners committed to improving outcomes in the greater Racine community. With a focus on racial equity and using data, this will be an opportunity for partners to work together to develop, refine, and implement action plans that tackle some of our community’s most complex challenges. The first session is scheduled for March 20-21. During the first meeting, participant teams will clarify their roles related to the results, deepen their understanding of race, equity, and inclusion lenses, create team action plans for achieving population-level results and closing gaps, and set action commitments to accelerate results.
