Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers' Department of Environmental Health is planning a retreat for staff to plan for next steps that build on previous successes. In response to the 20th year anniversary and a leadership transition, Department staff will gather to reflect on the programmatic history and impact, critically analyze the current state of the Department, and strategically charter a course for future success.

While Wisconsin has developed resources aimed at an individual’s needs for long-term services and supports, resources aimed at supporting the family and family caregiver are fragmented and insufficient to meet the needs of families statewide. Wisconsin’s Family Support Coalition will convene to develop a comprehensive strategy to address the needs of families providing care, improve resource coordination, increase access to family supports and create an action plan with concrete next steps aimed at sustaining Wisconsin families into the future.
