Executive Assistant to the President
Barb joined the Johnson Foundation in 2007 as executive assistant to the President. In this capacity she oversees the day-to-day management of the President’s office and schedule. Barb serves as the staff liaison to both the Foundation’s Board of Directors and as the primary point of contact on behalf of the Foundation with other philanthropic, business and community organizations.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Barb spent more than thirty years providing administrative support to senior leadership in multiple divisions of Racine-based Case Corporation (now Case New Holland), a leading manufacturer of heavy construction and agriculture equipment.
Barb serves on the board of directors for Racine County Opportunity Center, where she also held the position President. She is a representative on the Corporate Volunteer Council of Racine and serves as a tutor through Schools of Hope. Barb maintains a deep understanding of and commitment to the Greater Racine Community.
